If you’re reading this and you’re not a member of Kenai River Sportfishing Association (KRSA), I’d urge you to do so.
KRSA’s primary mission is “ensuring that there are fish in Alaska’s rivers and streams for future generations, and advocating for access and use of those fish by sport anglers, personal use dip netters and subsistence fishers. This is accomplished through advocacy at the government level, research into fish populations and rivers, public education, and conservation efforts that physically protect the long-term health and sustainability of our waters, especially spawning areas.
Below is a short video produced by KRSA.
Becoming a member is simple (and free). Just click on this link and you’ll get a registration prompt. And, to sweeten the pot, if you join before December 15th, you’ll be entered in a drawing for a $250 gift certificate to Custom Seafood Processing. Hmmm, Custom Seafood Processing can ship a box of Christmas crab anywhere in the world. Just sayin’.
I’ve been a member of KRSA for 25 years and appreciate all they’ve done and continue to do for the Kenai River and beyond.
