This is the final fishing report for the 2022 Blinn crew. I’m sad that it’s over, but I’m already looking forward to their return in 2024.
So, how was the fishing this past week? Overall, it was very good. Some days we were finished by early morning, others by lunch time.
Kicking off the final week of the Blinn crew was Chuck, Steve, Rich, and JoRay. I always appreciate spending time with long time customers and friends. Welcome to the “in” group, Rich.
On Tuesday, Rick, Jesse, Regis, and Jerry had no problem getting their limits. Smiles all around.
Different day, same results on Wednesday with Chuck, Steve, Rich, and JoRay. A special shout out needs to go to JoRay for landing two fish in five minutes to close out the day.
Team Texas got ‘er done on Thursday. It’s always fun to spend time on the water with Griff, Hunter, Dave, and Mark. Hook ‘em Horns!
Joey said Gary saved the best for last. Joey, Justin, Jack, and Travis…thanks for ending Blinn Week #3 on a high note.

For the week ahead, I’ll be busy everyday and hope to be netting plenty of fish. I’ve got a lot of returning guests and I’m counting on the salmon run to continue to be strong.
