Will Jahrig, the man who built Beaver Creek Cabins & Guide Service, recently sent me a couple of photos from the past. My first response was holy cow, things have changed.

This is looking down the “new” dock as Will was building it. To the best of his knowledge, this was taken between 1990-92.
Here’s a photo of the dock taken this past summer. Can you believe how many alder trees have grown up around it? And, how big they are? Yeah, holy cow.
This is the original dock looking towards the cabins. Will said this photo was taken in 1988. It was before the Chinook cabin was built and landscaping was done.
A recent photo looking the same direction.
This is the original plywood/styrofoam floating dock section.
And here it is today. Quite an upgrade.
Will didn’t send me the last two photos, but I thought it would be fun to see how much Jane and I have changed since we began dating in the 90’s.
Nearly 30 years later, no change whatsoever…
